Sentinel is Senitrus’s anti-virus, and firewall application. The system will check every incoming file whether a transfer from the internet, a LAN?, and from A:/ or F:/+ drives to the computer’s internal drives. Sentinel will warn if it found a possible virus. This will also include Windows viruses since there is emulation support of the Windows 11 applications. The idea is to have more false positives (assumed a virus when there isn’t any) then a false negative (not detecting a virus). Obviously, Sentinel can’t know all of the viruses, and applications with suspected viruses can be emailed? to virus@senitrus.com for further inspection. If a virus was discovered, it will be installed in the virus definitions that get updated nightly.
