While built into every Senitrus computer, the Helper Application will be avialle to Linux (.deb, .rpm), MacOS, and Windows. The person being helped must grant permission, and the helper must have a Senitrus ID in order to help. The helper can access the GUI interface, so they can open the Settings for expample. However, they must request additional permission to gain access to drives, and they do not have access to C:/. This means he can not install any software. If a particular software was needed, the person being helped must be convinced to install that software. Senitrus technical support will likely not tell the customer to install software, as the normally don’t provide support for software they didn’t produce. Helper is available on computers and handhelds.
